Free Service — No Warranties
This website is provided as a free service to support the Garage Gators community training group. It is operated by a private individual, not a commercial entity. This site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of this site is entirely at your own risk.
No Rights or Privileges
Use of this site does not confer any membership rights, training rights, belt rank, certification, or any other privilege or entitlement. Access to training sessions is subject to the Garage Leader's sole discretion. The Garage Leader reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access to any user at any time for any reason without notice.
No Fees
Training at the Garage Gators is and will remain free. This site does not accept payment of any kind. No transaction conducted through or in connection with this site creates any commercial relationship between the user and the Garage Leader.
Required Documentation
Registration on this site does not authorize participation in training sessions. Participation requires completion of the Gracie Garage Participant Waiver and Release and the Surveillance Notice and Consent form prior to attending any session. The Garage Leader's confirmation that these documents are on file is required before any participation is permitted.
Surveillance
The Garage Gators training area has audio and video recording in operation at all times during training sessions. By registering on this site and completing the required Surveillance Notice and Consent form, you acknowledge and consent to this recording.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Garage Leader, the Garage Gators, and any associated individuals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your participation in any Garage Gators activities. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which any claim is brought.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing coach@thegaragegators.com. We will process verified deletion requests promptly. Deletion of your account does not affect records already submitted to Gracie University pursuant to our quarterly reporting obligations.Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
